Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return conditions

• Items must be new and unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• The customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Free gift with purchase

If your order included a free gift (such as a free hat or free crewneck), the free item must also be returned to receive a full refund. If the free item is not returned, it will be charged at the full price of a comparable item on our website, and that amount will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Email us at valetudodeathsquad@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
